Rumble puts the whole Haikyu!! cast on one draft board and twelve schools around it. You manage one of them: pick your school, draw a seat in the order, and take seven players while eleven rivals take from the same board. Everything left after they have picked is what you get to build with.

How a run works
- Pick your school. Everyone drafts from the same twelve, so choosing one is choosing which of them is you.
- Draw your seat. The order snakes over seven rounds, so a late seat picks twice in a row at the turn.
- Draft seven players, one per slot, out of the whole cast. Eleven rival schools are picking from the same board.
- Name your ace. One of your seven plays a little above himself for the rest of the run, and every rival school names one too.
- Scout the field. Every school's seven is graded on the same six stats yours is.
- Play the group stage, four groups of three. The winners and the two best runners up go through.
- Play the rumble, a round robin where everyone meets everyone. The top four reach the knockout.
- Win a semi-final and a final, both best of five, and the title is yours.

How do you play Rumble?
You pick one of the day's twelve schools, draw a seat in the draft order, then draft seven players out of the whole Haikyu!! cast while eleven rival schools pick from the same board. You name one of the seven as your ace, then play a group stage, a round robin rumble and a knockout bracket. One run a day, and everyone drafts the same board.
How is Rumble different from Dream Team?
Dream Team deals you a pool of four for each position. Rumble puts the whole cast on one board and eleven rivals take from it too, so a player you want is gone the moment somebody else calls their name. The tournament is longer as well: a group stage, a round robin and a knockout instead of one bracket.
What does naming an ace do?
Once the draft is over you name one of your seven as the ace. He plays above his own game for the rest of the tournament, which is enough to decide a close match and not enough to save a thin roster. All twelve schools name one, so it is a judgement call rather than a handout, and you make it on the same six profile stats you drafted on.
Can I draft anyone I want?
Anyone still on the board and in a position you have left to fill. The board never has to refuse you: twelve teams of seven take 84 of the 120 players, and every position has more left than there are slots waiting, so there is always a legal pick at your last turn. What you cannot have is somebody another school already took.
Does the seat I draw decide my run?
No, and that is why the order snakes. Over seven rounds the best and worst seats sit within 4% of each other on total pick number, where a straight repeating order would leave nearly 30%. A late seat picks twice in a row at the turn.
Who are the twelve schools?
They are fictional, drawn from 24 made up schools spread across the prefectures, not the real Haikyu!! teams. A day's seed picks twelve of them and gives everybody the same field, so the school you pick is a name, a set of colours and a prefecture. The seven you draft are the team.

Does Rumble reset every day?
Yes, at midnight Sydney time. You get one run per day. A run in progress is kept in your browser until then, so you can close the tab and come back to it.

No. Haikyuudle is an unofficial fan project. Haikyu!! and its characters belong to Haruichi Furudate and Shueisha.
